I don't know how I missed this one! I think this scene is beautiful. The pastel colors of the landscape look so much like a watercolor painting. The shapes of the canyon rocks make for a lovely pattern across the image.

The colors in this scene are just gorgeous. What a peaceful and soothing image with the cool colors and the majestic view of the incredible canyon. An excellent and artistic image thats well taken and beautifully presented.

This is beautiful! I love how the colors are layered in the photo starting with dark blue in the front, then progressing through lighter blues and then purples. The sunset light is wonderful. Great entry for the contest! Best of luck!

Beautiful pastel sunset at the Grand Canyon you have captured. Love the soft shades of blue and purple,all blending into each other under that subtle golden sky.Appears very magical,the fading light bestowing a softness to the rock formations. A nice change form the harshness often seen in full sunlight shots! :) LeeAnn

nice details of the rock and mountains .
and colour well I think you have nailed that . white,pastel cream and lemon .to a pinkish glow bluish clouds .

For a color photo contest this is boring with all the muted tones and misty hues.
The sky has nothing interesting to show...

This is an unusual capture. The photo has great depth. The different hues of the mountains, changing from the dark foreground to sepia tones at the horizon are especial interesting. The sky color's are as impressive. Dark and lighted areas are well balanced. The photo is nicely framed.
