Good shot Brian talk about a blue world!!
The two main things that gives this image justa bit of an edge is that yellow and those water splashes this seperates all the blue tones and gives the image that 3D look and feel! good luck with the contest!

A beautiful picture of this Gold & purple Speed boat racing in the North sea throwing up spray on either side that your fast exposure has frozen. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
