Saw the photo and thought these are foxgloves - never know the latin names for plants. Lovely image of the flower shown with clarity. Colors are very good with great bokeh background.

The photo is stunning and history lesson interesting. The DOF is perfect and the blurring background helps provide the perfect framing for the blooms. The colors are truly stunning. I have tried to grow the foxgloves without much success. The tight crop gives us a great look at the stamen and colored throat of each bloom. Good lighting and focus is sharp.

Beautiful flowers...I like the shades of pink , mauve and maroon in the petals ....composition is very good...the buds are adding charm to the overall appeal of the photo...clarity is superb...if we keep on exploring nature and enjoying its beauty then I feel we don't need the medicines for our heart....just a thought not a fact though...

Excellent color, excellent clarity...outstanding softness in the background...perfect DOF. I have a mixed media very similar to this..but the blooms are slightly different.
I happen to really like this one..
