You captured a beautiful dancing rose. I like the angle and way you captured the rose. Showcasing the colors and detail in the flower. Thank you for sharing

    Devonte,
you are welcome, yes, the subtle colors, that show a softness as it transition from white to that light pink, make it an even more visually appealing for me.
Thank you for your continued support of my work, with your nice reviews. I thought about cropping the top seem, after assessing that option, I think it needs the area at the top, to add balance to the composition.
The flower reminded me of the Marilyn Monroe standing over the grid photo, where her dress is blown upward, especially the pedals on the right side of the photo.
    Cheer, & have great day.

A very pretty visual presented here, these lovely flowers. I like the angle that you used to highlight them. The background as to this visual delight. Well done.

This is a beautiful photographic presentation of a very unusual looking rose. A lovey vision of the light pink transitioning to white on this delicate flower. Lovely focus and clarity showing the details of the petals. Good luck in the contest.

Hello Lucien.. You read the scene perfectly. Combined with excellent technical savvy you have produced one heck of a good flower take.

The diagonal framing of this rose is well balanced. I think any further cropping would drastically affect the viewability of this fine rose.

The contrast is sharp but with pleasing tones and textures.

This is an example of fine art photography at it's finest... Bob

PS - this post deserves a six and I am but a pauper, without a six to spare. My apologies.

Hi Lucien, Love your beautiful flower. It has the sway of a Sea Slug. I mean that as a compliment! :o) Sea Slugs dance thru the water as they undulate. Love the fragile sway of this blossom. The soft hues and delicate look create a lovely view. Love the POV you shot this from. Great lighting and focus show just how pretty this flower is. A great entry for the contest! Goos Luck! :o) Nancy

I can totally see that, Lucien! Love that your imagination saw that! I enjoyed the view even more when you said it was Marilyn's dress blowing up from the grid! :o) Nancy

This rose looks so immaculate and pure. Yes, it looks like it is in motion by the blowing of the wind. The pastel colors made a nice contrast with the gray fence. You have captured this well, with a great white balance control setting.

Lucine, Marilyn in that classic works too. A rose can be very versatile and beautiful at the same time. Ray

First of all the whiteness of the flower is quite nice and it contrasts with the darkness of the fence well, also the two shades of light falling on the flower makes it a bit more interesting, one thing i might done is to crop out that top leaf and those tiny bits of light at the top[minor point though, just an observation on my part]....Brian

    MK,

yes, it did and made it look like a dress.
Thank you for having looked and commented on my entry, it is appreciated. It is fun to get reviews that collaborate why you took the image and then posted it.

I think the colors of the rose showed that subtle transition from those light pinks to the white within pedals for me that shows a softness and visual warmth that was undeniable.

    have nice week creating,
    Cheers.
