Indeed a 6 stars photo Willie, but as you probably have guessed, I have run out. This little blue bird is truly pretty, and you have pictured it so well. I like the close and personal approach, and how well you have captured the shiny eye. The bird is of course also standing out well from the background in an excellent way.

Your focus is spot on and sharp showing such clear and well defined details in the feathers of the bird, and the exposure is perfect.

The tight cropping is very good, and the bird has got a very fine placement within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

What a great entry for this contest and what a beautiful bird! I have not seen a bunting before but I have heard about them and their beautiful vivid color! You have captured this one so very well with spot on focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, color and tones appear natural. I see well defined detail over every part of this stunning blue bird! I especially appreciate the clear eye, complete with catch light. Well composed against the clear background . Well presented!
