Wow, what a special picture with so many people in such a small section all sitting is an outstanding place, and your picture is excellent created as your close up shows us every person with their different colors. This is a super presentation, xoxo

A fine entry into the contest. Different that one guy's clothing is in color, the others in black and white, along with the surroundings. Best wishes in the action contest. Can't distance in certain circumstances, LOL. A little crowded and the tents or whatever is in the background not clear; blurring out would be fine so that focus be on the guys which it really is.

Not knowing as much about British Military History as I wish I did but going by the style of their headgear I'd say they're meant to be troops of 'the Trained Bands' ( what we'd call 'the Reserves' or 'The Home Guard' in modern terms ) from the late sixteenth or early seventeenth centuries, around the period we amateur ( Yank ) Military Historians frequently refer to as 'The Spanish Armada Crisis'
It's an interesting picture,my friend,and I'm enjoying the selective coloration! : )

I guess that the photo was taken at an historical event. The costumes look like those in medieval drawings. The expressions and poses of the man are interesting. Apparently, the soldiers enjoy a break of the battle. Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. The selective red color draws the eyes and the interest of the viewers. The mixed media is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

You have done such a fantastic job with this photograph. I love how the red pops out. You have done wonderful job with the colors. Outstanding photography and I wish I had a six to give you. It really deserves it. Thank you so much for sharing.

A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that group of soldiers about to see action. I presume the one in red is the officer in command? Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

Brian,
An interesting picture of black&white picture with selective red colour of the re-enactment of a Battle during the Civil war at the time of Oliver Cromwell. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with artistic & superb camera & editing technique & sharp focus.
