I think this is a fine entry into a contest like this, and the pink colors in this painting are truly lovely. Since this is about the breast cancer awareness, I also like the word "HOPE" is added. My mother actually died from breast cancer, only 52 years old.
I also like the fine textured background, and the realism in the girl with the blond hair.
The format and framing is perfect, and the girl is well placed a bit off to the right. I think this is a lovely and well done painting Ray, and I wish you luck with the contest.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a good view of a young girl/woman enjoying a walk through some lovely grasslands. Colours, textures and tones are good. Nicely painted!

This is really meaningful. I love the concept. A Young girl filled with hope in a field of flowers.
My oldest sister has breast cancer. So this means a lot.

Very pretty details on this awareness artwork Ray! Pink and green are always a pleasing contrast in any setting and you have highlighted that well with the various shades of green, yellow and brown. This is a great entry for this contest Ray!! I like the abstract aspect of her fading into the background. It is both sobering and sad. Her coat/sweater seems bulky to me, perhaps a large burden to carry. Very well thought out and thought provoking. Well done! An especially great choice for pink!! Thanks for sharing
