Wow. I have never seen one look like this. Jaw dropping and nothing like the ones I see. It is a beautiful bird and you showed it off very well! The eye and beak are just so unique. I really appreciate you sharing this one with us. It is a pleasure to see different species!

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that daring goose. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

What a fine looking bird. Lovely capture. You have framed the bird well. The light and shadows, colours and composition have worked out well. Good effort!

What a lovely visitor to have in your front yard!
You've captured the goose very well with good focus, colours and exposure. Perhaps a slight crop would have emphasised the bird a little more, but that's not really make or break! A good shot, well taken. Thanks for sharing.

This is one beautiful goose, different from the whites only, although they are beautiful too. The earth colors in the goose and that bright eye really stand out beautifully. Thanks for sharing such beauty.

This is such an interesting goose , we had a member a few years back who posted the Egyptian geese.
The goose is well placed within the frame leaving it room to move into.
Well focused, the image is clear, exposure is correct, colors snd tones appear natural,I especially appreciate that clear eye!
Well composed in natural surroundings, well presented!

Even though I wish the goose were occupying more of the frame, and maybe colors a bit sharper, I can't take that away from such a fascinating looking goose. And you've got wonderful focus on all of his details. The title...was he walking like an Egyptian? Do you know what kind of goose this is. And curious to know where this was taken. I saw you use a Canon Rebel. I haven't used mine in years. But with the right lense it sure can take a fabulous macro shot. Thanks for sharing.

Cute image. It's well focused and the shadows create a late-afternoon feel. Cropping it more would give it a closer look but also may create more noise. Either way, I think it's a wonderful shot. Thanks for sharing.
