You have indeed captured this green dragonfly well Lee Ann, and with a green background as well the photo is a great entry into this contest. Especially the transparent wings are well captured.
The photo is pin sharp, and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen both in both in the body and the wings of the dragonfly. The exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is perfect, and I like the diagonal placement of the dragonfly. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
