An interesting image with lots of detail. There's so much to see here - an ox and the workers in the rice field. I particularly like the lady with the traditional headwear.

This is a nice entry for the color green contest and best wishes. The grass or are those rice plants making up the field? Seems they would be. The other greenery in the background is nice. I'm glad the people and whites in structures separate the green to give balance.

What a wonderful idea to have rice growing in a hotel's garden. I wonder if that is still done there.
The photo gives a nice overall view and cultural insight. I especially like the design of some of the rooftops.
The composition is well done and the image is crisp. The colors are lovely. It seems like a wonderful place to spend some time.

A beautiful & interesting picture of the Rice Paddy Field in the garden of Your Hotel in Northern Thailand. With a man in a straw hat walking along a path in the centre of the picture. The pale sky & surrounding vegetation reflected on the pool on the right. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

when i do contests i half hope people would go out ]like i do] and take photos for them and not use old photos as such,this one is an old image but still counts i suppose,think though this could have been improved by having the person nearer and trimming a tad of the sky,also the color i feel needs a boost in this...Brian
