This excellent nature shot of a Monarch certainly meets the main criteria of this contest.
What really caught my eye was the level of isolation your background bokeh gives this scene.
I can clearly see both antenna and even just a little bit of the curved proboscis beginning to extend- pin sharp on the money camera technique.
A classic approach to framing.
This should do well in the contest... Bob
