Frankly, the term "Flapper' is not known in my country. In my college days we used to call girls with such attitudes as 'fast' girls:):). Be that as it may, I love this flapper, who has an unusually soft and kind look. She is very beautiful. She must have many suitors. I love this beautiful painting of a beautiful young lady.

Thanks so much. I think it?s mainly an American term that found its way over to the UK in the ?roaring twenties? (as they were known)

Christine, amazing. Bobbed hair, all those necklaces. This a fine presentation of Flapper. Looking for a good time after WWI in a devil may care attitude. Ruby red lips and the golden hat with feathers. I would say you have everything covered everything. Very nicely done. Ray
