A reasonable looking portrait image posted here! Your composition offers us a fairly good view of that young lad. Wonder why the top left hand side of his head is missing? Otherwise a good try.

Thank you for admiring my artwork, and for clarification, the left side of the boy's face is partially covered by a black velvety curtain. I wanted to create a different look to this portrait art. I appreciate your review.

I love how you've choose the dark background to showcase face of this boy. I like the boyish face and the sense of innocence in the facial expression. Framing placement fits well. Points of improvement is just to chose realistic colors . From my screen the face looks so yellow and the hair looks like a mustard. Overall, this is a good choice of entry but just needs a minor changes in the color.
