This is a great entry into the contest. A very cute photograph of a sleeping fawn, with excellent focus and sharpness, showing his baby coat with great detail. Good luck in the contest.

A very beautiful visual presented here of the sweet fawn. Composition use of black-and-white highlights your subject in a very pleasing way. Well done.

I suppose this could have equally been good in color, but i like this as a b/w image and this would also have been a good one for a wildlife contest, good strong tones in this one which does make for impact, nice one...Brian

This ever so cute fawn is a great subject for the B&W contest. Its young white spots are so much more evident in this monochrome presentation. The broad scale in tones from white to black with all the various grays in between are captured in this scene.
Your angle / position to the shot allows the viewer to adorn this little one sleeping. The image is crystal clear and positioned nicely in the frame allowing for a nice matt and frame (hint, hint) to be appreciated for years to come in an open setting. I really like the way the different textures are seen and felt (the ground twigs, the fur and the bark). Nicely done - a true keeper. Good luck in the contest.

A cute scene of this dotted fawn resting in the forest floor. I like the scene per se and how you have convert this to black and white. Clarity of textures and patterns. Excellent angle and focus showing the sleepy eye and its facial features. I'm ready to pet this little one. Great shot.

A good looking image presented here into the competition! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a very enjoyable view of that tired youngster. Textures, tones and detail are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!

This is a beautiful shot of the sleeping fawn. You framed it well, and the light, shadows, colours, and composition worked well. Good luck!
