Wow this is a great soft pastel Maureen. Flowers and candle really pop with this one. Great texture and colour with great use of light and shade. Deserves a six. Well done and thanks for sharing :-)

Beautiful painting of this candle and pink roses to remember the memory of a love one. I love how you have painted the light of the melting candle and these pink roses. This is also a touching scene making me think of my own love one who passed away.

The pink roses for me suggest that it is a female being honored here. I like the delicate white flowers on the left.
This is well executed with suck perfect choice and application of the colors to show the light and shadows.
