This is so cute. I love how this Little Guy made this tulips to his nice and cozy bed. He surely looks so comfortable. The dark background created a striking contrast with the colors of the tulips as well as the Little Creature. The vertical orientation frames the scene well. Great concept and excellent painting skill. I love the cute scene, Maureen. Great job! Wish you the best in this contest.

So Cute! What a fun, innocent, loving scene you have created here in pastels. You have skillfully presented that little mouse in such a relaxed, comforting way. The details in those little paws that are nestled up against that cute little face with well-defined whiskers is just perfect. Your color gradients in the flower pedals are very attractive and add nice contrast to the scene. Framed effectively to keep the viewers eyes locked on that little jewel of a mouse. A very comforting and impactful scene with a loving story to be imagined and told.
