I like this photograph, with focus and clarity that is quite clear. I do find, however the picture of your granddaughter is a distraction to the scene. This is more a family photograph, but well taken nevertheless.

Excellent photography. Seeing your granddaughter in the picture really brings the scale of the scene into vivid clarity. The vibrancy of the sky, trees, and architecture is very good

a nice entry for thhe contest but i really feel i think having your granddaughter posing for the photo takes the edge of,i think far better to have her walking up the stairs in this as i think it looks more natural...Brian

Thank you so much for taking the time to review my post and for sharing your thoughts. Actually, this photo was taken early this year during a family vacation. This place is amazing. Ancient, but has a magical charm. This photo was in my family album. So, I thought it would make a good entry

I love the view per se. The stairs lead our eyes to that towering wall with greeneries and against the pale blue sky. I also like the earth tone colors of the ancient wall that looks so beautiful and shows the passage of time with some vegetations on it. Great angle, focus, natural lighting, and composition. The inclusion of that green branch from the right made a nice balance in this scene. Informative artist's notes. Made me think of visiting India someday. Your 13 year old daughter looks so tall in this setting. This is a great entry and I wish you all the best.

This is an amazing entry for this contest, you have captured it well and your granddaughter brings life as well as giving scale to this scene.
Well focused, clear image with correct exposure.
Colors and tones appear true and natural.
Well composed with the stairs leading us in, I wish I could go up and see the fort.
Your notes are informative and appreciated!
Well presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!
