Wow these colors are electric! The vibrant complimentary color palette really makes the butterfly and flower explode off the page. The composition and clarity are also very nicely presented. Awesome shot!

An absolutely lovely shot of this butterfly. Great composition and lovely buttery background that makes this monarch pop from the image. Only minor gripe is that you didn't achieve critical focus. Lovely shot nonetheless.

One of my favorite things to take a photo of is butterflies and this one beats the cake. I have only seen a few different colors of them but this one is a beauty. When I see them out in the yard I chase them until they land and that's when I try and get that shot. To me this is definitely a winner, I love that red coat that it has on and the focus is spectacular, the colors look great also and I like how this is framed. I see that it is an entry for photograph of the month and you definitely have my vote. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing. JackJr.

I love the striking contrast of your soft background and the bright flower and butterfly. It's almost like you had a living color wheel. I can almost feel the soft fuzz on the butterfly. You have beautifully captured the intricate details of its wings, legs, and antennae. I love the reflected red from the butterfly and flower on the leaves. Beautiful!
