Mark - this is such a wonderful capture of a Western Honeybee. This image could not be any sharper! The detail in the textures and anatomy of the bee is simply "WOW". Even the wings are well defined and offer a view of their intricate design. Your POV allowed for a frontal view of this busy little marvel. The shallow depth of field allows the bee to standout in a very effective way against the natural bokeh. Please accept a virtual 6 on this one.

A wonderful stop action picture of the Western Honeybee ~ Apis mellifera busy collecting pollen from the mauve & white flowers she's alighted on. her left pollen basket is visible on her left back leg. The light sparkling in her eyes, Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Very nice capture of the Western Honey Bee, nice forward facing pose on the light purple flowers. We see that it is collecting nectar.
Well focused, the bee. Is clear and you have brought out well defined detail. Exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural.
Nice shallow depth of field works to hold the viewers eye on the subject.
