A good looking image posted here into the competition! Wonder why the title? She looks more like a lost beauty to me in your nice composition. Colours, textures and tones are fine. Well drawn and good luck!

What a great drawing of the "Swamp Witch". You forgot the snakes hanging like sausages, though. Smile ~
The stillness and mystique of this scene is evident. I like the very slight movement in the water and the curves you gave her in her tight green dress! Great job'

Hi Mark, I not only remember quirky Jim Stafford I have that album! LOL I remember Swamp Witch, My Girl Bill and Spiders and Snakes! Thanks for reminding me of them. As for the image... I would have made it a little darker and creepier! Was wondering why you were showing us the back of Haddie, but after getting re-listening to the song that was the best way to show her off. You wonder if anyone really knows what Haddie looks like. If someone wanted to see Haddie ,I would refer them to Jim Croce's lyrics for "You Don't Mess Around with Jim!" "You do don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask of the ole Lone Ranger and you don't mess around with Jim! I think that sums off Haddie pretty well. You don't mess with Haddie! Love the way she's making her way back into the swamp. I like that you made it black beneath the tree foliage. The darkness there makes you think Haddie's heading back to the Black Bijou. Not a bad image at all! I enjoyed hearing Jim again too! Very cool image for the green contest! Good Luck! :o) Nancy

Mark I see the beautiful young girl skating in the moon light has grown up and the pond has melted because of climate change. I love the the image of the red haired lady, no butts about it. Wishing you all the luck in the contest. You have a wonderful style with your dot art and it shows here. Ray
