It is a cool concept. The facials is OK. The body form and language is good. The details is good. The blend of color is OK but do recommend to practice on shading. Shading will add depth and realism to the creation. You're doing better on your presentations. Still it is creative and eye appealing to the viewer. Creative approach and OK job overall.

Alex, this is a fine cartoon of this fine image of a girl in a yellow stocking hat going nose to nose with the blue hat and scarf. As far as detail I think you did a fine job. If this is white paper you may need brighter lights to illuminate your art work for a better look. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

Thank you so much, Ray! Ive been drawing what I see, every day, I'm a little notebook as you suggested. I think it's helping. I used online images to create this and I will attempt to fix the lighting. Yes, the paper is white. ;) Alex

I just realized I darkened with a pencil to bring out the characters. So... I am looking into this entire matter to see how I can adjust the lighting. Ha ;)
