I can see that this orchid has a double reproductive structures, this makes it quite interesting, I had a tulip with double reproductive structures once.
The orchid belongs in a class all their own because of their unique structures,
Here I see pale pink petals and very vibrant pink center structures.
The orchid is placed nicely within the frame.
At first glance the background gives this the look of a postage stamp, I'm not sure that this was the best choice of background to emphasize this lovely flower.
~the flower is well focused, it's clear , I think I might have allowed just a bit more light . The center structures show well .
It's great to experiment with the different backgrounds ,however in this one , I'm not sure it was the best choice.

Michelle this is a very nice capture of this lavender Phalaenopsis, Moth Orchid. The background to me is not the best and the title is confusing , I see no white, but I love the form of the orchid, You have to be proud of growing orchids so beautiful. Ray

Ray I'm not sure why you are seeing Lavendar as it is truly a white orchid; I haven't altered the original color at all. Thank you for your review though. I appreciate it.

Such a dainty blossom of this butterfly orchids. I love the artistic presentation and the gray background really made the white orchids to stand out. Excellent angle and focus but lighting can still be improved. An uplifting scene, Michele.
