A very 'pretty' art work of your roses. Its peaceful and beautiful, Its funny that your a mum and got them, maybe its a reminder from your family to really say how special you are. You did paint them and they are so nice. Great work

Viewed this from 2-3 meteres as would in a gallery to remove the effect photography seems to have on paintings.
Nice painting, nice soft colours and nice detail on the principal rose (hence reviewing from a distance as the brightness in the photo overpowers this).
Not to keen on the background colour and feel the secondary rose is distracting.

Very beautiful, of course, I love flowers and roses in particular. They make a good subject for a watercolor, nice and soft in appearance, leds well to this softer style. I love what you did with the background to enhance the flower. Shirley

I wish every one knew how difficult it is to paint in watercolor. Excellent presentation including beautiful color harmony. Supurb center of interest. Great story telling ability. Good lighting. Technically good work. I think you have done a nice job, but I think you could push yourself for even more depth of field. You seem very talented.

I really like the use of color in your back ground. It brings out and enhances your rose. The use of color at the tips of your pedals really make it realistic looking.
The flow of lights and darks thru your watercolors is excellent. This is a nice watercolor.
