Very good. I like the way you caught him in flight. It shows his wing span, which is the most impressive part of a bird. And the way he is extending his neck to streamline his flight shows that he is truly enjoying himself.

Very nice composing of a stork (?). The action posture is very good. Though its difficult to shoot these action shots it could be sharper.

This is the way I usually see my herons, but never get the shot even in the air. I assume that all herons hate me. ;>0
Anyway you got a good stop on this one and managed to keep down the pixel noise level while preserving great detail in the feathers. Even the eye is in focus, which is important on wildlife shots.
