I like your image. I think it makes a statement with the name, and is very represeentative of how animals in nature are naturally, "untamed".

Julie Dennett,
I think your comments are really quite helpful. If I stated an eclectic assortment of media and styles? I was going for the human untamed, did that come across? if not how could I have improved that aspect?
should I increased the image size, or maybe stated the type of art work underneath each image, would that be what you are thinking to make it clearer?
Anyway thank you for the good inputs, great food for thought when I create may next design, really appreciated by me.
Take care and have a great day cheers!

Not knowing the cultures represented
I do not see the "diversity" here
represented but that could be entirely
about me. This could otherwise, be
a great Post. The layout is great and
the overall concept a good one. Looks
well done.

TheCandles,
I think your comments are really quite helpful. If I stated an eclectic assortment of media and styles? like the cultures represented by the artwork are, Myan, Native American and Aztec. Behind the lettering is an Australian Aborigine .
Did the colors draw get your attention?
Or maybe increased the image size, or maybe stated the type of art work underneath each image, would that be what you are thinking to make it clearer?
Anyway thank you for the good inputs, great food for thought when I create may next design, really appreciated by me.

The colors are great. Stating the culture
under each piece of art might help - but it
could also make it look busy. Ideally, I
think, the art pieces could look more
distinctly different. I would suppose that
you core audience would get it anyway. Unlike
me.
I do think your work is very important -
don't get that wrong.
Good Luck with the show.

I like this. The red color on the front of the post card really grabs your attention so you just have to look at it. I think you have the information laid out well on the back of the card. My first reaction when reading the info on the card was gee I wonder what type of art they are showing. So maybe I am interested now and will have to go check this out. Or maybe if it said pottery or paintings or type of art I might see, that might move me to go more. I am not sure about that part. Great help huh.

I have done a few posters and flyers for art shows and at the request of the exhibitors always listed what types of art or media was going to be exhibited. They thought that by listing that if someone for instance was interested in pottery and we had pottery there, they were more likely to come and see what was going on. Personally I like the front of the post card and didnt think anything needed changing. Maybe the info on the back. But then you also always have to have room for the information.
