This is a very nicely done portrait. The background you have used is alsome. Sha has a very nice expresion going on and I like the way you have done her clothing. Super job. GS

Now she looks like she has attitude for sure. A very superior appearance. Nice brush strokes and use of tonal variation to achieve the BG.

She's gorgeous, jesuel, a little on the skinny side, but gorgeous nonetheless. She looks very proud, perhaps a bit fiery. Well done and thanks for sharing.

Beautiful James. Your mastery of watercolor, such a difficult "artists" medium is as superior as your pencil work. Whites are so difficult to work with. I think Sargent worked with them best. The washes used for the background are dead-on perfect. I always look forward to seeing your posts. Extraordinary.

Not your usual bomb shell and a bit in the opposite direction for form. But all the shading, shadows and washes are there to make her hump from screen and paper. You really can do eyes and mouths SO well. Looking forward to your acrylics.

Once again I love your work my friend. I really love how you have painted this composition so that it looks like the woman is blending in.
Excellent line and brush work.

Nice potrait. Peaceful atmosphere contrasts with deep and a bit sparking eye-look. Details very accurate, colors chosen excelently.

Comment from Debra Flieg
I like what you have done with this subject, she looks very waif like and sort of isolated. She has a pristine air about her and a much more subltle sensuality than some of your other subjects. She looks very introspective and interesting. I like the sense of the cloudy background mirroring her clothing. Great job with theis peice. Her eyes and mouth are particularly expressive.
