Hi Shawn. I like the composition of this. The different elements are arrange nicely. The fog gives it a solemn mood. I feel the fog is just a bit too strong for my taste. But still a very nice job. Thanks for the view!

I really like the ominous look of this scene. Beautiful lighthouse reflected so beautifully from the water. The trees line the left side of the image perfectly, adding depth that takes your eye into the background. the moon slightly visible through the fog adds a sense of mystery. GREAT JOB! Katy

This is a very mystical and inspiring image. The lighthouse has a castle type architecture which is cool. Love the way the sun is piercing through the mists, with the lovely, calm, reflective water. Nice indeed!

There is an eliment of mystery here.
I really like the way the light house sits just out of focus and the trees on the left lead you into the picture.
I would like to have seen a little more detail in the house on the right edge as I think it is a little blacked out.

Effective representation of early day and the fog. You did a great job on the water and creating a smooth rippling surface. Interesting how this painting only has very few colors in it. Great job.

Thank you for the wonderful review, Paul!! I certainly hope you still mean all those super 6 ratings after I tell you that I didn't shoot this anyplace in particular, this is a digital painting. :) I will consider that a super compliment coming from an expert photographer. Again, thank you.
