not sure about this one, his eyes appear very large and the forelock a little thin
i like the angle
the colours are very good too
good definition in the nose and jawline too

Initial impact is what big eyes this horse has. Creativity is the piece leave our imagination to create the rest of the horse in our minds. The colors are rich and the details are good. Thank you again for posting your beautiful work.

Nice work, Good initial impact, color harmony and composition. I think I would have liked it a little better with a little smaller eye, it overpowers the size of its nose. Thanks for sharing.

I love horses too! So I really love this piece! I like how you have only done part of the head it looks nice! The horse has a very alert look in the eyes! Love the colors and the detail.You have to frame this one,I love it! My daughter would love it too!

I like the way you have only painted part of he horse's head and filled the picture with him. The coloring and the way you have defined the muscles is great. I really like the way you did the eye. The way you have the reflections in the eye and the highlights in it are excellent. A wonderful and excellent work of art.

I think this piece is a shoe in for the contest! Very nice composition here. You blend colors well. And the detail in the eye is again quite nice. I really like the very up-close nature of the shot. It is rare for someone to attempt a picture that dramatic and I think it works. It throws the viewer right into the midst of the painting. Although I would suggest doing a little work to the photograph of the painting. It appears a little washed. Increase the contrast (just a bit) to bring the colors back to their original state. It will really bring out the depth and vibrance of your work.
