The dark of the night with the moonlight glow on the flower and leaves is well represented. The flower and the leaves look wonderful. Excellent job with the coloring. Impact, creativity and presentation are very good. Thanks for sharing.

This is a spectacular picture of a flower. The colors are outstanding. I love the sparkle in the center of the flower. The soft focus is beautiful here.

Yes, this is lovely. Very relaxing and soothing to look at. Very nice work. This stands out very well on the black background. I must also add that I just love the detail on the stem. Very realistic.

This is so lovely. What a great creation! Love the bit of glow that is appearing on the petals. Your dark background works so well here. The title suits this very well.

Absolutely love this piece! the black background defintely helps set the scene. Aptly named - with the sparkles on the stem and the branch make it appear that it could be made up of stars. I love the softness that you have created as well as bringing some of the green into the blossoms.
Thank-you for sharing this beautiful creation.

It looks pretty real to me. Amazing how some times fantasy and reality meet. It reminds me on a flowering bush very fragrant bush we call Lady of the Night. It is hard to photograph since it is an white night bloomer flashing in any artificial light. I think your flower is illuminated by silvery moonlight but since some fairies put gold dust in the center the shine is warmer then the cool moon.

Thank you so very much, Cleo!! Your last comment made me think of a big yellow harvest moon :) Again, thank you for the super review and rating!!

The harvest moon, I'm still in wonder with that. I had never seen one before I moved to Mexico. There was not much moon over Berlin. If it wasn't cloudy the moon was silver and cold and fahr away. You never see a moonrise, it's to much haze from air pollution.
You gave me an idea with that harvest moon. Thank you.

The problem with painting a big harvest moon, because of the yellow color, everyone reviewing thinks it is the sun. So if you do one, be sure to describe it good in your notes. Hope you can work out something, I would love to see it :)

I love this shot. The soft focus works. The dark background adds to the drama of the shot. I like how you framed the picture. It looks like a airbrush work. What I like the most is the play of the soft light. Light is what makes or breaks a picture and this one makes it. Mcarrera

Really pretty image. Simple but effective.
The colour is eye-catching and the black background works wonderfully with this sweet little piece of artwork.
