This is a very peaceful, calming sea and sunset scene.
It emits a very relaxing atmosphere and I like it a lot. The way the sea meets and the pastel glow of the sun hits the water, I think it's a great capture.
The only thing I might change is to crop just a teensy-weensy bit off the bottom to balance the sky and sea a little, but that is just a minor adjustment.
You must have had a lovely moment just watching this as the sun set.

It is very bright but very beautiful in its simplicity.
I love the gentle movementin the water and the reflection on the sand too.
The angle you have taken this from makes me want to walk forever because surely this is paradise.

Hi Sandy, Thank you so much for your lovely review. "Sunset Waves" was taken at plum Island which I believe is in Newbury Mass. It's A National Wildlife Refuge, so if you want to read more about it you can go to their website. Sadly its a long ways from Northern California because its on the Northeastern coast. I know you must have beautiful beaches there too. Anyways I appreciate your kind words very much. I'm glad you enjoyed the picture. I plan to add more from this location sometime in the future.
