it reminds me of an incident that occurred many years ago involving a small boy and a iron porch railing.
luckily he didn't have to be cut out by the fire department.
i love the facial expression and the fly away hair he has.

Hi there MoonWillow Wow that dude is in cell block 13 I thought he was in there for smokin Pot LOL very well done and he does look unhappy for sure. The black and white shows up nicely but just right NOT to much. Good Luck Hope all is going well for you and its getting a bit cooler down your way. Bingo!

I really do like this picture. It has humor and then it has sadness and then it has emotions that conflict. The details are simple and well presented. The black and white creates the scene so well. The finer details of the subject are well thought out and portrayed.

FANTASTIC Shawn and the first "cartoon" work I remember seeing you do.I just love the little guy that you drew and when I read your notes my first thought was,That could be me! I like how upset at himself he looks,you captured his expression perfectly and when I can truly relate to a work of art,I consider it very worthy a six starpiece.I also love the title that you gave it.
