Wonderfully vibrant and very eye catching.
The perspective is super; the pink flowers on the tree are exquisite and the birds are so cheeky looking.
the pale blue in the background add dimension especially where they fade into 'white' and into the brightness of the sunlight breaking through the trees.
I love it.

What makes this an amazing composition for me, is the outstanding treatment of your water area. Next, would have to be the awesome blossoms on your tree that cuts across the scene to bring lots of impact. The birds are a very nice addition. Good visual impact with nice soothing colors. Well done.
