I see an beautiful surreal Peacock. There is a head with beak and eyes but it is the tail circle by the same time. All this in neon rainbow. Hard to tell if it is fairytale land or Vegas lights. But mine dazzling anyway.

The composition is very original - gives me a sensation of permanent swirling; I would enhance the contrast a bit, or put some emboss to create shadows for a 3D view; I like the fluorescent green and purple tones ; the curves are smooth and make the composition very fluid.

The colors in the rainbow Peacock are outstanding. I love the shine you have in them. These little circles of light do look like peacock feathers. The shapes are lovely, and the design is well composed.

What a picture. great impact and the neon effect colorings are terrific.
The title is also perfect for the frame. Colors and the way they fan out are excellently prepared and planned out. Very enjoyable frame.
