This has such good depth and coloring. You have captured a "peaceful easy feeling" I like the textures of the evergreens, and the feel of the cool air as the night creeps in. This brings back memries for me also.

Very beautiful colours make up this impacting image.
Love the silhouetted trees and then the paler mountains and sky in the distance.
Water is very well executed, as is the overall composition.

Beautifully painted with low,gray over hanging clouds that reach down into the lavender mist of mountain back ground. Especially like the way you painted the mist and colors used. Foreground tree gives excellent depth as well as bend in river with shimmer. Your use of black gives mystery that speaks call of the wile. Go fishing into Canada for waleye every spring and this is so much a part of it. Very well done and thanks so much for sharing,

This is like a Japanese painting, but with western trees. The picture is very very beautiful wiht great colouring, distant mountains and letting the viewer´s eye wander around the landscape. Very very nice :-) Cameo Luce

the colors are fantastic and the lighting and shadowing are great.
i love the water, it is realistic.
the silhouettes are wonderful as are the mountains with the mist of fog in the background.
the fir trees are sharp too.
