Very good color selection. Like the light and darks they way they come together. I seem to see some sort of a image in the background, not sure what, but then again it is an alien so I most likely would not know what it looks like. Very well done, thanks for sharing

This is such an inticing piece. The color choices are perfect and the dark and light colors make this very appealing to look at. The flowers are portrayed beautifully in black. Nice job Joan

Very good composition and structure. I really like the shadows and the blending of the colors. The little purple flowers is a great pop detail that gives an extra aroma to your forest. Very nice work. Thanks for sharing, Dimitri

Hi Moonwillow, From a technical standpoint I would like to have more knowledge about what it takes to produce a piece of art like this. from an artistic point of view the work and the colours fit in well with the concept of an alien forest, ie: something we wouldn't encounter in England, youve used a lot of imagination and its unusual which I like. On top of that the colours deep reds, crimson and yellow ochre complements well.

This is amazingly beautiful. I'm adding it to my favorites list.
The colors and patterns make me think of giraffes with their heads hidden in the trees.
It has good 3-D depth as well.

the yellow really stands out too.
i also like how it appears there is a giraffe walking by with his head in the trees.

Beautiful colors and lighting. The flowers are very lovely and add great interest. The bright light gives a kinda mysterious feeling. If its alien, I don't know if I would want to go in but its looks very inviting. Creativity of presentation great. Susan:)
