This is adorable! What a great moment of capture! Lucky sure does look like he is the happiest doggie ever. Great angle, focus, color and light are all excellent. Good luck in the contest.

I'm not a dog owner, Allergies.
The dog's I do see at lakes and beaches do seem to like the sand and water. Your depth of field shows the shore line nicely and lighting also good.

And it looks like Lucky is taking advantage of every grain of sand he can roll in. I like the pose with the tropical water and sky in the background. Nicely composed with good focus and impact. The best of luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing.

Is Lucky perhaps rolling in a dead fish? Did Lucky get a bath later? This is what Snoopy does.
