Initial impact WOW WOW WOW. The colours are fantastic. Not so certain of the centre of interest, but the story telling is excellent. Love the shadows and highlights. Beatifully done, congratulations.

This definitely has the feeling you are trying to achieve, that of late nights on a work of love. With the oil lamp it takes it to another era. The black and white work contrasts with the burning colors, making them glow even more. Very good.
