Very cute. What a touching moment to catch in the painting. The oclors are briliantly applied around the mother and foal. Great job!

initial impact is one of gentleness and love.center of interest is displayed against a pretty/colorful background.lighting brings it alive and a nice story is told.

A sdoft, dreamy image this. Animals in silhouette stand out well. Is the foal wearing a flower in her mane? Perhaps the heads should be a little larger. Nicely composed in pastel colours. Make a good children's story illustration.

Horses make great subject matter for all kinds of art. This is an interesting interpretation and has the possibility of telling a story! The body postures of the 2 horses is very natural. The silhouettes is sharp. The colours of the grass, background and that of the sky is 'cool' and pleasing. All in all a good effort.

oh how pretty is this, i love the way the horses are silouhetted like this. it makes them really stand out against the strong turquoise of the sky, again the layering is fab going from flowers in foreground middle grass and the trees and then the sky absolutely wonderful, well done and thanks for sharing it from Aj. Hope you are well :)

This one looks cute.
The color of the sky is very pretty and complements the black of the horses as well as the colors used for the trees and grass.
One of the moms' lower front legs looks a bit too bent but overall, this is nice.

What is with all of the horses here all of a sudden? It seems that's all the painters are doing lately and to be honest as I always am,the subject matter doesn't interest me personally. That has nothing to do with your painting Shawn,it my personal feelings. The first word that came to mind when I saw this was "cutsey",a word that I would never associate with your style. However, you did an all out effort on this. The colors are pretty.the lighting placement is perfect and the work as a whole is "cutsey"
What can I say?
Angelheart :)
