Lovely painting, very moody indeed.
The stormy sky is very impressively done, it looks so powerful and even aggressive.
The subject of a horse in a distance contributes to the atmosphere and the bending grass gives the impression of strong wind.
Love your choice of color and texture to the mountain rocks.
Great composition, good luck in the contest, thank you for sharing.

I really like the color/contrast in this piece of work.
The tall grasses add to the DOF.
The only thing that I would like to see changed is that the horse and tree not be placed so evenly in the work.
That's just my preference.
