Love it!!
Everything--from the composition to the blending of all the tones of whites to darks--the perspective of depth is good--the trees are done well--what can I say--
Very well done!

The post service should print this postmark for the winter and holiday season. I hope you aren't offended but it looks just as a postmark do to the frame. The black, white and grays are working perfectly with the winter theme. I wouldn't think of an old painted look without your comments. I think it is timeless. It sure is beautiful.

Thank you so very very much for the beautiful review and rating, Cleo. I'm not offended at all :) It's a great honor to have your art don a national stamp. I don't think people realize the work that goes into making a postage stamp. Again, thank you for the super review :) Shawn

I really like what you have achieved with this artwork. The use of the PSP 9 and the PSP Photo X2 has really worked effectively along with your talent and technique for the creation of this digital art. The concept is excellent and I really like that it is a winter scene with originality to it and great eye appeal.

This is outstanding. I love the feel and composition of the work. I think that this could be sold as a xmas card or part of a calendar. It's superb. Thanks for sharing & have a great day.

The presentation is wonderful. Using the old photo edging really enhances the timelessness of the piece. The thing that I am not so sure I like is the non-descript snow along the shoreline. It doesn't seem to have any form like the rest of the snow. But that is just me. The overall scene is well put together as are the shadows and light along the ridge area. These types of scenes always remind me of sledding and ice-skating! Thanks for sharing.
