This is Beautifully done. It is a terrific still life. your color is perfect, on the fruit and on the background. The composition is good and so is the contrast. Thank you for sharing.

Nice looking creation. Not sure which one of those I want to eat first. If only the fruit in my supermarket looked that good lol

Very nice especially the water drop on the apple. I admire the talent to digitally create something like this. I like the way you lined up the fruit and made the orange a touch softer. Just how it might appear if shot with camera.

Initial impact: Juicy fruit in a row
Creativity of presentation: wet fruit dark shadows glowing
Color Harmony: red, orange and pear
Center of Interest: apply crying a tear
Technical Excellence: expert
Technique: juggling fruit
Story Telling Ability: He gave me a red apple and I took a bite -- I thought it was an orange it taste that right -- he gave me a pear and I cried a tear -- it was green and stringy and not quite...
Lighting: magical

Excellent piece of work Shawn. I love the background you've created. The liquid feel to the background is great support to the title. The fruits come across very well and the water droplet is an excellent touch. Adds real depth and character to the overall image. best of luck in the contest. flanders

I like the blue in the background. I also like the water dripping from the apple that was a nice touch. Even though the items in the picture are plain meaning if someone painted the pear apple and orange (still life) or just had the still life in the digital photo it just wouldn't be the same you took something so common to us all and transformed it into something beautiful which is truly the definition in my eyes of what art is.

Usually a still life of fruit is boaring and over done but the vibrant colors and the background it looks wonderful. I really like how the fruit looks real and cartoon like at the same time I really enjoy this piece. It is such nice work.
