This is a really good shot. Nice, strong colors, especially that vivid and bold green of the boy's shirt. Good framing and good composition. It also has a unique pose and a good initial impact.

This is a very nice portrait of a young boy. Your composition is quite nice. The boy's head and upper torso take up most of the frame, with the drinking fountain taking a smaller amount of the bottom. There is some background that is well blurred and not distracting. The image is well balanced.
I also like that he is physically taking a drink of water. Your speed was high enough to pretty well freeze the water's motion and certainly froze your grandson's motion. His face is sharply focused.
The exposure is good and color is vivid and true.
