This has great appeal Annie it really is a great shot. You have captured a ton of storytelling and drama in this photo. The composition fits the situation and the color and clarity are both spot on. The DoF gives the dog so much pop. Very impressed well taken shot! Wish i had more than 5* to give you for this!

Great capture! It's not easy to get animals just right. This guy's expression is fantastic. Overall, a very fun picture.

Very creative. The head looks likevits coming out bat you.
Lighting is great.
Center of interest is the heads feature in the way you captured this photo.
The framing of the B&W is great making the photo look like a hallow gram
Thanks for sharing. Lou

Cute fella.
Good colors.
Good storytelling.
Lighting is a bit harsh here. Focus a tad soft.
Creative shot.

I can't call this a great human interest shot, so will coin a phrase great animal interest shot. The artist comments explain how he got there and his expression says it all - 'what were they thinking?' 'Someone help me, please!' Great color clarity and the lighting really makes the frame come alive. I like the dark green background because it brings out the love colors of the dog.

I don't usually do pet portraits but this one got me and even better it isn't your pet. Lovely shot that could be hung on a wall very nicely although I might have cropped it a little tighter on the sides. Beautiful exposure with nice depth.

What's not to like about that beautiful face. He may not be too happy in the box as his facial expression seems to imply.
