Great photograph. This is very nicely focused. The close up is very effective and makes a great visual presentation. Storytelling is great also.

Very nice! Love the little snow flakes you have caught! Lovely colors and light, well done. The catch light is an added bonus. Really good focus and clarity. Good title has been used by many, including myself,lol. Only suggestion and it is just that, is the the cropping seems to take away from the overall composition. I love close ups and I think I would have either come in even closer or out enough to show the ears, in this image you are about half way between those suggestions. A great image and a pleasure to view. Thank you for sharing. Enjoyed!

Thank you so much! This was taken with the lens fully extended. I did no cropping. I see what you mean. I shot several that day and plan to post more. With this image I could go in to the nose and still have good detail. Thanks for pointing that out.

I like how the background is plain green. It's a great color to use against his reddish tone. I believe it makes the squirrel "pop". I can see the mite dirt in his ears. I just have to mention...LOVE the snowflake under his white belly fur. Seriously, nice close-up.

Very good image putting that good zoom lens to good use. I like how you have framed this with him eating his prize. You caught a nice look in his eye. Good focus and exposure with lovely detail of the fur and whiskers too.
