It's nice to get a shot that close with good detail. The initial impact is fine with a good story also. The color harmony is fine and the compsotion and lighting are also. You're at the right angle to avoid too many bright shiny spots from the sun reflecting on the wet skin. Were you dressed up like a frog? Good luck in the contest.

It is a good picture of the frog .. i think the cropping could have been a little closer and i think a head on shot would have been nice .. but we get what we see don't we:-) good job and good luck in the contest .. jill

Composed and presented well with a lovely centre of interest and a great initial impact. The colour works well and the light is excellent. Focus is crisp and sharp and the dof is good. Very good level of technique and ability has been shown.
