Cool outcome from Olympus camera. Liked the picture and the way bird is spreading their wings to be ready to fly anytime if needed. Picture is so sharp and clear. Overall nice photograph.

good job Willie. The subject is simple and well presented, no distractions. The use of the available light is great.
Focus appears good. and Exposure is good.
Good shutter speed for the capture.
I'd even crop more down from the left to the same distance as is on the right from the wing tip.

Awesome Willie. I love these birds and have some shots of them myselves but am frustrated with the white balance and lighting on many of them, because the feathers are so white on the face. You did an excellent job of keeping this one spot on correct. I want to be like you when I grow up! =D

Great image and a nice simple one too. Just this beautiful bird and the ice. Great pose captured, nice contrast and good focusing. Lots of interesting detail to be seen in the birds plumage and face. They are funny creatures, sometimes really nervous and aware, other times oblivious. Well done.
