Thank you so very much! There was noise espically in the backgroud and water but i was able to get rid of most of it!

I darkened the entire picture in P.S. and adjusted the contrast until it looked good to me. That got gid of most of the noise. Then I used the smudge tool to smooth out the rest of the noise! I guess I hid it!

This morning I was shooting some more just like this and was using ISO 800 2000/sec. I have not looked at them yet. Just experiment find something to shoot and make notes of settings, when you find something that works there you are!

Amazingly sharp and clear photo despite the bird was flying - you are a great photographer when you can do this. Since I am more a painter artist than a photographer I always look for formations and such - but most of all color and combination of color - This bird has so lovely colors and against the dark green water the Heron looks just beautiful - I wish you good luck in the contest...
