I love your enthusiasm. I have heard so many love this series. Your notes really go well with the picture/poster you did. I do not have TV but i watch stuff on my puter so i will haveto look on netflix to see if this is offered there. Your colors are very well done. What are the lines though? is that how far down you could go with the pen for colroing in? Just curious and not a critisism.

no critisism taken...just dont know what lines are you refering to if you could elaborate more. i will tell you this every vorner of the paper is covered in ink marker if that helps. I am happy that you have enjoye this and do appreciate you taking the time in giving me this great reveiw.

I am struggling for the best way to describe it. So you know when you color in a large area of space and you want the color even, you cannot go up and down in huge long strokes with the pen, so you color in reasonable height with the pen up and down, so look and see, there are all kinds of lines across the body for instance. As if that is the length you chose for coloring in the area? Not sure that helps. and for sure not being critical. :)

your not and i think what you are suggesting would only make a mild difference and would take forever to color. in person you would hardly even notice it, but thanks to our great scanners with bright lights to pick up everything cant avoid, but you sit it side by side to the computer you would see you cannot see the lines that clear vs the puter. its just something that i could never avoid. thanks for asking though.

oooh Necromancers are a very good subject! Good composition. Nice color tones, I like the purple around the torches. Lettering is well done and nicely placed. Good luck.

This looks like a girl I dated back in the day and she would be into this. Like the concept and also the portrait of her. The facial work is wonderful. The purple lights and faces of the guardians i n the black clothing reflect the title well.

Okay your last painting I associated it with the movies underworld, so what series is this true blood, never heard of it, guess I'll have to check it out. necromancers, werewolves and vampires, sounds like a good series. And with this painting of yours its even more interesting so after I'm finished with your review I have got to look this up.

its on HBO going onit 6th or 7 th season...its kinda like Dark Shadows except for the nudity and language. its takes place in my neck of the woods..mississippi/louisianna area...doa google search and you will get overwhelmed with info. i am so glad that you have enjoyed this and why dont you join us in the contest. there is still time. i do appreciate youtaking the time in givng me this great reveiw.

well depicted & composed drawn with good technique creating an ambience of menace & withcraft, good facial expressions in this atmospheric scene giving good initial impact & depth with great colouring too, well done mark

i have been releasing the flood gates...some of this was in the True blood contest on deviant art back in october. since the true blood contest is only days away i thought i would impsire some more folks to participate in it. so you gonna see a lot coming thur here in the next few days(all different types of true blood) hey why dont you jooin us. would love to have your talent there...you dont have to follow the story buts its easy..vampires, werewolves, witches...oh my..sorry i couldnt resist,..i do appreciate you taking the time in giving me this excellent reveiw.
