This image is arresting. I love colour and this is colour. Most of us don't know where we are going when we start but often end up in the right place. My only suggest would be to simplify the stem of the rose, I found all those leaves very distracting and they obstructed my view of the lovely yellow beyond. thanks for sharing.

thank you for a fantastic review and the postive critique. Positve input is always something that I enjoy hearing, that's how I have come this far in my digital art. I have to agree with you . I could tell there was just something that didn't quite fit but a fresh set of eyes is always helpful and I think you nailed it with what was off in the painting

Often, the work takes over and creates itself! I like this a lot, the colors, the compositon, and most of all the field of stars..lovely in all ways..and your grandson is right..it has a fairytale quality. Donkeyoatey

I do enjoy it. I love the softness of the inside of the heart and many of the petals. I like the light that seems to eminate from the outside of the heart. The flower is nice as well. Great technique.

thanks Norma glad you liked this one, seems like my zodiacs aren't doing very good but I'm going to still contiune with them because i'm having alot of fun with them so much for the rankings this year however LOL oh well whats in a number anyway LOL

Hey.. the year just started.. i didnt even join this site until months into the year and I ended up in first.. I lost about 6 or 8 weeks of the year... so it is not too late. As long as you end up in the top five the trophies are all the same anyway.. doesn't mean anything.. you know these reviews mean nothing anyway.
