This is a nice digital image.
The movement you've captured portray fires quite nicely, just as you mentioned.
The colors harmonize well together, even the lime green and yellow.
Good storytelling ability here and a perfect entry for the contest.

Wow now this is red and not only perfect for the contest but a beautiful piece of work. Story telling for the children's book is perfect.The horse is very expressive, the colors and softness to him make him loveable. It shows movement.
Good luck in the contest, but I think you already took this one in my opinion.
